Hi, I suspect the Autodiscover and EWS virtual directory were corrupted. Now please remove Autodiscover and EWS virtual directory and recreate them, then check this issue. The steps you can refer to the below outline: Remove-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -Identity cas-servername\Autodiscover (Default Web Site) Then recreate it: New-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -WebsiteName "Default Web Site" -WindowsAuthentication $true -BasicAuthentication $true Remove-webservicesvirtualdirectory Identity cas-servername\EWS (Default Web Site) Recreate it: New-webservicesvirtualdirectory WebsiteName Default Web Site WindowsAuthentication $true After that, please check this issue. Thanks Allen
